Return Policy

Please include the items you intend to return in the subject line and provide your order number to make the return procedure as simple as possible. If approved, we’ll give you a return mailing label via email and directions for sending your goods. We won’t accept items sent back to us without requesting a refund.

Please be aware that the costs of returning your order are your responsibility.

Refunds

Once we’ve received your delivery and examined the returned goods, we’ll refund your order. If accepted, we will send you a confirmation email and immediately reimburse your purchase using the original method. Please be aware that processing and posting the refund by your bank or credit card provider may take some time.

Please be aware that we do not reimburse shipping costs for returns or canceled goods once they have been shipped.

Damaged Products

Please check your order when it arrives, and get in touch with us immediately if anything seems odd, damaged, or defective. Products that are damaged during shipment are frequently a result of rough handling, and shipping companies can recover their losses with enough proof.

You can make a damaged package claim with the delivery provider if you want to get a refund for the damaged goods. Send us an email at TShieldsplus1@gmail.com with your order number, a description of the damaged or missing products, and, if appropriate, a photo of the products if you would like to obtain a replacement or your missing item.

Exchanging Items

Our store needs to return the exchanged item to the warehouse and make a separate order for the new item after we receive and accept the exchanged one. Please be aware that the item must be brand-new and unopened to be eligible for exchange. A sale period’s purchases are not eligible for exchanges or returns. Any shipping costs are your obligation to cover.

Non-returnable items and exceptions

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on items that have been opened, on sale, or were packaged in aerosol cans.
